You might be wondering, “Am I ready to progress to Okuden?” Absolutely! This course is designed for anyone who had already completed Shoden (Level 1) in the traditional Japanese style of Reiki. At this level you discover your hidden inner truth, going deeper into your Earth, Heaven and Heart energy. There is the opportunity to develop your own professional Reiki practice from these teachings.

And that’s not all! To enhance your learning experience and foster community, I offer monthly Reiki Practice and Shares where you can connect with like-minded students. These gatherings provide a safe space to practice giving and receiving Reiki, solidifying your skills while building supportive relationships. When numbers allow I deliver a Reiju for students at these events.

It doesn't matter if you did Shoden several months ago or years ago, the course will bring you back up to speed with your practice, and learning over 4 weeks allows you to embody the new learning and practices each week.
