Just like how the weft thread flows beneath the warp thread, our energy in life moves naturally in waves. Some days we may feel less energetic, while other days we feel more energized. This ebb and flow is perfectly natural, and we shouldn't force ourselves to be in a high energy state all the time.




Although our bodies are designed to produce cortisol and adrenaline to keep us in a high energy state, it's important to understand that this state is intended to be temporary. If we rely on these chemicals to remain in a high energy state for an extended period, we risk depleting our energy reserves and experiencing stress, insomnia, and other health problems.
